Race: Gnome
Description: Gnomes are tiny, stout humanoids who resemble
short dwarves with round faces, however, unlike dwarves,
gnome females do not have beards. Gnomes have a passion for
mechanical devices, and will spend long hours constructing
progressively more complicated gadgets. Gnomes speak very
quickly, and they possess the ability to talk, listen, and
gesticulate wildly all at the same time. Gnomes are
moderately strong, and will make tolerable fighters, however
they they tend to make better clerics and spellcasters, where
their aptitude for rapid speech is seen as an asset. Gnomes
are intelligent, and will learn new things fairly quickly.
